printing quality was misaligned and poor, I tried multiple times to get them to fix it before shipment and they refused, got them in hand and noticed the flaw on every clip. brought up my concerns and told there was nothing they could do, even though the printing was essentially the same on the other clip and that one came out fine. they could have made it right but didn’t.

God awful company to work with. Messed up my order multiple times, lied about how quickly they would be able to ship goods out, yes suppliers can just lie about that. My order arrived a week late and one designed arrived nearly a month later, made incorrectly. Used the wrong accessory that I asked for and refused to take blame for anything. They asked me to fix the items myself and make promotional content for them. Insane. Would avoid working with at all costs. Please look for a better company with better after sales service.
